It all begins online, on our Web Portal. A new case is activated, and a dedicated Implant Web ID is created, your starting point for a fully customized journey.

2. Patient Data & CT-Scan Uploading
The patient’s cranial defect data and CT scans are uploaded to the secure portal. A feasibility check in respect to our guidelines ensures quality and completeness before moving forward.

3. From CT Scan to 3D Design
Our engineers transform CT images into a personalized 3D model of the implant. The design is then uploaded to the CustomBone Web Portal for surgeon review and online approval.

4. From Design Approval to Production
Once approved, production begins. Each implant is crafted with precision, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety and quality, and perfectly fits the patient cranial defect. All starts from pure Hydroxyapatite.

5. Shipment & Surgery
The finished implant is shipped directly to the hospital, ready for surgery, delivering a solution tailored perfectly to the patient’s anatomy, already sterilized and with its own backup available.
